 |  US Cell Moto Q ...Contacts to PC download What is the deal with the Active Sync download. It blanks out the option to download contacts to PC to save? Outlook is open on both the PC and Q. What;s the problem, or, what am i doing wrong? Thanks in advance... JAKEBNI  |

you cannot sync EMAIL to exchange AND pc at the same time... contacts, tasks and calendar CAN be sync'd but NOT EMAIL... this prevents sensitive company info from being loaded on a non-secure computer. otherwise, it sounds like an outlook express issue. | |
