I recently purchased a Q and activated it on the USC network. It is a USC phone (I get the USC opening screen and all that good stuff). I had the data plan added to my plan (and I have verified that it has indeed been added), but I cannot send or recieve any data. When I try to access the internet I get an error message: "Login error. Ensure you have the correct login information and try again." I have contacted tech support and they made sure I had the correct NAM settings, had me do a hard reset, and a roaming update (*228), but nothing seemed to work. I have searched the internet and the only thing I could find was that some people get the message when they do not have a data plan; however, I have tripled checked to make sure that the data plan was in fact enabled. Does anybody have any ideas what may be wrong? I'm grateful for any guidance!
Thanks for the idea. I recieved a new phone from them today. Same problem so I called tech support. They reset my second number in my NAM1 and it works fine. I actually typed this message on it . Hopefully this helps someone else someday.
