Help syncing my contacts also

I am using outlook2007
And the newest version of active sync.
It says it syncs my contacts but nothing show up in out look.
where to i tell out look to look for my contacts or to use my phone?
How do i generally set this up?

Make sure you're using outlook and not outlook express

if you're on XP then activesync is fine, if you're using vista you must use the Mobile Device Center

when you say it "says it syncs my contacts" - please clarify where it says this

Are your contacts on the sim card or contacts on the physical phone memory? I do not believe outlook syncs sim card contacts.

i fixed my problem.
I had a couple version of outlook installed and it was confusing activesync.
I had to remove out look express threw add remove/programs.....add remove windows components.
I uninstalled office 97
then uninstalled office 07
Unistalled active sync
then
Reinstalled activesync
Reinstalled office 07

now i am good to go thanks
