The first sync can take some time...it never timed out on me though. Keep trying! Large pics or files will always take time. Mines set to 5000 characters, send immediatly, as items arrive and always. Oh...it kicks ass too!

EasyEdge never used my minutes up when i had my razr, though i had the unlimited data for the EasyEdge. Shouldn't ever count minutes that i know of since like others have said, it's data.

If anyone has this problem, change your outgoing server to smtp.uscc.net. some providers like cox, hotmail and other don't mesh coorrectly, but this setting will make outgoing work. incoming pop still needs to be your providers (email) setting
