well i have a razor now,and i bought a moto q on ebay,question is if i can activated without any extra monthly charge

in order to activation you have to have a voice plan atleast

otherwise there is no need to activate

what would be the point...what do youplan to use it for?

if you activate it they will require some sort of plan on it
if you just want it to be an organizer then there is no need to activate

If you are going to get a windows mobile device and not activate it with voice OR data plan then don't bother with a phone just get the regular PDA version. It will have better battery life, faster processor, and usually a bigger screen and more memory too.

Ah, so you want to replace your current phone (with it's current voice/data plan) with this? If you do it in the store they may require you to add a PDA data plan. Not sure about US Cellular and their policies... Verizon would so just putting it out there.

because right now my razor dont have the front screen!(broken) and its a $50 replacemant,so for $10 more i could get the moto q

my razor is activated i can make calls so i guess is voice plan =D
