under what circumstances is the phone just searching for data without the user coaxing it to? this sounds like a BS answer to me. If the system can't handle a failure to send data to a phone then the system bites and the engineers working on it should all be fired for incompetence. sounds like the kind of balogna a salesperson would provide. are you a salesperson? Seriously, though, just probing for more info here, not really trying to bust your chops (i was being sarcastic about the salesperson joke, don't be offended, but I bet that didn't come off as such in the typing!!!)
