Question Wireless Modem

I'm seeking some input from some of the Sprint Q users out there.

I am a current VZW customer, and I recently purchased one of thier USB720 wireless modems. Having used the 'Tethering' feature for a period of time before the modem purchase, I read a few posts on this 'MODEM COMPARISON' over on the verizon side of the foum. A couple of the posters had said that they were experiencing similar transfer speeds between the air card and the Q, while in MY case, the USB modem was kicking the snot out of the tethered Q as far as latent speed goes. It was, in fact, much faster.

My question is, that maybe some of the sprint users who have tried sprints version of both of those, could throw in on this. Would like to know what they were seeing. Or should we even SEE any difference?

I've never used my Q for a modem but I do have Novatel U720 USB modem
and it runs pretty consistent between 1300- 1500kbs down and
130 - 140kbs up with a latency of 200ms or so.
