Default Windows Mobile 6 site shows sprint moto q

http://www.microsoft.com/windowsmobi...T.mc_id=sdmvan

Click that link and when the intro's over click the middle button (stay more connected) and it will show the regular sprint moto q running wm6. WHEN WILL WE GET IT!!

edit-------------

Every button takes you to a sprint moto q

Probably never.. when I click on the sprint Q it says runs WM5.

Click [See the Phones] then click the sprint one.

I noticed that after I posted, my bad, but still why use a wm5 device to showcase wm6 features. Definitely a switchup, kinda false advertising

Yep - but I read somewhere yesterday.. maybe engadget... that the Q9c for sprint would have WM6... unfortuantly that obviously involves getting a new phone.

This is true, I talked with a WM guy at a Sprint/Nextel forum last week and specifically asked him if the current Q would be able to upgrade to WM6. He said not at all since the new Q is coming out shortly there are no plans to allow current Q's to upgrade.

I'm kind of torn right now between getting the new Q9c or an HTC Touch. My wife wants a Q, and she told me she will take mine if I decide to get either a new Q or a Touch. I love my Q, more than any other electronic device I've had since my old US Robotics Pilot 1000 (my first PDA, before USR broke off their PDA division to become Palm). I really do want a bigger screen though; these 40 year old eyes could use the extra real estate as I don't always wear my reading glasses.

I think the true arbiter will be some hands-on at the Sprint store in November. I use email and texting on my Q all the time, so if that isn't as easy or intuitive as it is on my Q, I'll get the new Q9c. Either way, I'll have WM6.

I havent seen the HTC Touch in person, but the screenshots and pics are pretty tempting...
