  |  upgrades charge? just wondering if anyone else has seen this on their bill after doing a phone swap. $18 upgrade/reactivation fee The polite lady tried to explain this in her best english voice, but my logic cunfuzeled her. I simply asked " how is it an upgrade when it's the same model phone, and why am I being charged when your tech support had me swap it out under the insurance?" Fee was removed. |
