Well, it worked! I tried calling retentions and emailing ecare. Calling didn't amount to much after 2 phone calls so I focused on ecare as it seems that you don't necessarily 'speak' to the same rep each time. After 4-5 emails they've finally agreed to upgrade me to the Q9c and give my husband $150 toward the purchase of a new phone, which they are sending along with the new Q in 3 to 5 days!!!

Here's the key tho', they would only offer me the $150 toward a new phone to replace the Q initially. That is unil I mentioned a client of mine who had the same phone, plan, problems, and had been a Sprint customer less time than I had. I said he got an Upgrade, it overnighted, and didn't have to return his old Q all for free. I asked what's with the difference in treatment? The next email offered all that plus my hubby's phone. Mentioning the Verizon 30 day free trial probably helped. Let's just hope it gets here!
