I called rententions this morning and said the same thing, as I've had to recharge multiple times a day, constant missed calls, and the charger not charging despite showing the symbol. Best they would offer me was to upgrade to the 9C for $200. They didn't offer a free one, and thought it was a big deal to offer me the 150 2yr credit. I had even told them I was in the middle of a Verizon trial.
Do you think it's worth it to call again? Do they keep notes on your file, or just the indidual techs keep their own? I don't want to sit thru this again if they are just going to look at this previous offer and just do the same.
How are all you getting your free upgrades????
