I think I talked with the same guy. Got the same response. I am about to call back because my phone has really been acting buggy in the last few days. I sent an email listing all the problems that I have been having with it and included the false advertisement on Sprint's part purporting that we could watch Sprint tv on a original Q. I guess with the holidays they are down to a skeleton crew because they usually respond to email pretty quick.
I will keep ya'll posted on how many phone calls it takes before I get a Q9c because I refuse to settle for a refurbished Q through insurance as the guy I talked with the other day suggested!
