According to e-care, when I sent an e-mail, I do not qualify for any upgrades. I will qualify for $75 discount on a phone in April. They told me if I could not afford the Q9c I should just buy a cheaper phone.
So I called in and spoke with a rep. Told her about the problems with my Q and several batteries as well as a trip to my local Sprint Store were fruitless. She is giving me the Q9c free as a courtesy.

It would have been nice to keep my old Q, but I am not going to complain too much. I am getting a brand new phone for free. Can't have everything right?
