Did you go to a regular Sprint store or the service store? At the service center they always tell me they can't do anything other than issue me a new Q

i went to the sprint store directly. I have been to the service centers so much they remember me everytime i walk in.

Speak with the manager directly

Yep, every employee at the service center knows me by name. They don't even ask me whats wrong anymore.. They just immediatley order me a new phone
