Retentions replaced my MotoQ for a Q9C because of multiple issues, I am very excited to receive my new phone in a few days. Finally a working phone?

I finally got the upgrade to the Q9c after a few calls. I guess persistence is really the key.

Even though you have to call so many times to get that one good caring representative I believe its all worth it. SO I WILL HAVE MY Q9c on tuesday since Mon. is a holiday. Thanks Everything Q For these forums. they are really helpful.

Well I just got upgraded from Q to a Q9c. And yes I only paid the 50 dollars. Nothing more. Al you have to do is just keep calling ntil you get that one nice representative that will help you. You might also want to threaten that your on the Verizon 30 day trial and they just might perk up and help you out quickly.

Only had my Q for a week or so, forgive my ignorance, but why specifically is the Q9c a upgrade?

I must confess, I have woke up to a non-charged phone twice. But also, I did notice the 9Qc has a really thick battery which I dont like. I was drawn to the fact its thin. If the charging issues persist I may answer my own question. Is there anything that can be done about the charge issue?

versus the Q1, the Q9c has a better keyboard, Windows Mobile 6, Docs to Go installed, GPS, better battery life, and is capable of using mini wifi SD cards, to name a few things.

Just keep calling and keep telling your story to the reps. You should most likely talk to a rep. in retentions. I had to call four different sprint representatives today until I got the final Lady in retentions who felt sorry for me and decided to upgrade me to the Q9c. however i did pay the 50 dollars for the insurance. but i didnt care about fifty dollars. it was worth it. ive been trying three days in a row to get an upgrade. I had two faulty moto Qs already. All you have to do is just keep trying until you get that one good person who will want to help you. Just have patients. Your time will come. just keep stressing how frustrated you are but be nice at the same time.

I'm on my 8th Q and they just keep giving me the old Q. I have the same problems with mine as you.
