FINALLY! eCare responded to me this morning. They are sending the Q9C out today for FREE. They requested that I returnmy old Q, which is fine with me. It took some time, but persistance paid off!

Just wanted to update everyone...

To make an extremely long story short... After 2 weeks of speaking to about 20 different reps in different department, having my service cut off and pretty much walking over hot coals

... I finally received my Q9c last night by complimentary overnight shipping. The return kit did not come with the phone, but when I called last night, I was assured that it was shipped as well and I will receive it in 3-5 busines days (was not overnighted). Now I am just waiting on that and hope I dont run into any problems in that arena...lol

So far, I am loving my new Q9c

Well I have emailed ecare through all 4 email addresses twice now in the past 3 days and have received only 1 reply and it was basically telling me to carry it to the repair shop. I replied telling her that the repair guy knows me by name now...so far havent heard back from anyone.

Anyone else have this happen??

For about the first month that was happening to me. Then I waited a few weeks and tried again. I didn't even have to ask twice.

I sent them an email about a month ago regarding having the Q and paying $30 a month for unlimited internet and text. I told them i didnt think it was fair for me to pay that much seeing how my does not get navigation or tv and radio. They responded by giving me unlimited internet for $5 and Unlimited text for $10. They responded within 24 hours during this time...was hoping this time would be as well. I really want the new version of the Q

Anyone have success with this recently? I just submitted through the website and was given the standard upgrade path. Should I try the above email addresses instead?
