I rep I talked with tried to get me to go through the insurance process but after emailing Sprint I dealt with them. Never called the insurance company.

After they told me to call the insurance company, I waited a few days and sent them an email. A couple of days later I got a email saying they were going to send me a Q9c free of charge. I just had to send my old Q back in the return envelope provided. It's really hit or miss as to who you talk to or email.

Yeah. Hopefully he can go out with a bang by winning the Tournament. My friend has a dog that he named psycho-t and he then found out it was a girl. lol

So did you ever even talk to the insurance company? Or did you just wait and then start the whole process over again?

I'm sure Pyscho T would get a kick out of that story! LOL! Poor dog.

No, I never called the insurance company because I knew they were not going to send me a free Q9c. I just waited and dealt with Sprint.

I was able to get a Q9c through eCare. I was nice and complemented Sprint because I do like Sprint but I told them all the problems I've had and how its been replaced once and since the Q and Q9c cost the same eCare is sending me one with no cost to me and it was a smoothe deal and they say I should get it in 2-4 days.

I just got another message and the representative said that since I have the Total Protection Plan he suggests that I go through insurance and it shouldn't be a problem. I'll call them when they open and see what happens.

Yeah, so I just emailed ecare today to see if I could get a tracking # on my order. I got response within minutes (that's NEVER happened before) saying that there was a...get this...'techincal glitch' (what the h@#! is that?) and the order hadn't been placed yet. They assured me it was placed now though. It was supposed to have gone out on Thursday so I emailed back asking for overnight shipping now. I'll let you know what happens...

I've read about that happening to other people too. Maybe its some kind of weird maneuver that eCare pulls.

Well I just got a response from eCare saying that due to a system error my phone wasn't ordered but Sam T. said I need not worry because he has ordered the phone so I hope this is the case. Its fine though as long as I get the phone.
