Default Unable to Access Sprintpcs Email

I am unable to log in to my sprintpcs email on the Q, as it continually loops back to ask again for my password. I am trying to use sprint email to pick up my office email on my Q. I first set my sprintpcs email to pick up my office email. I then followed the instructions in the Email Guide and used the automatic feature to set up sprintpcs email on the Q. All of the settings in setup appear correct, and I ask it to save password. At the end of the process I hit Finish, and attempt to download email. The screen says Connecting, then switches to Logging In. After several seconds the screen headed by Username appears, and the Password section is blank. I enter my password, check Save Password, and try again. The Logging In screen appears, and after several seconds the Username screen appears again, again with the Password blank. No matter how many times I enter my password, check save password and try to log in, the Q loops back to the Username with password blank. What is the solution? I also have an Yahoo sbcglobal email account, would Yahoo work better? Is Yahoo Go a better solution? Thanks in advance for your help.

Yo have to do the following:

1.Go to the sprint website and log into your account (from a PC).
2. Go to PCS mail.
3. Choose "Setting and Preferences".
4. Click "Notifications" and where it says "forwarding", type in yourphonenumber@messaging.sprintpcs.com. Then check the box below it that says "all messages". Then click done to save that information in.
5. Then click "Setup". You will see two boxes under "change Password" Enter a passowrd of your liking and enter it into both boxes.
5. Under "Personalization", enter your name as you want it to appear when you send emails from your account. enter your sprinpcs email address in the box below iot. (ex. harry1087@sprintpcs.com). Then click done.

Wait about 30min for the system to update. (usually only takes about 5min really)

6. One your Q , DELETE where your tried to setup your Sprintpcs account. (doint try to modify it, it doesnt workl sometimes).
7. perform the auto setup again for you sprintpcs account. your username is the first part of you email only. (ex. harry1087). Then enter the passord you created online at sprintpcs and follow the reast of the steps.

You should be good to go now.

--> I can define the problem, and hopefully someone else will help us with a solution. The symptoms you're having indicates that Sprint is not ALLOWING you to access your PCS mail in a POP3 enabled manner.

--> I was having an identical problem with Google's Gmail, until I went into Googles settings and literally clicked an item called something to the effect of "enable POP3." I was also having the same problem with Yahoo, until I discovered that I have to pay an annual fee for POP3 access!

--> Can anyone tell us how to enable pop3 for Sprint.. and tell me how to sent Picture and Video mail, without having to send it through Google or Yahoo? I'd like to think we could access all of our Sprint email from a Sprint phone.
