There are a couple of ways you can get company email w/o the company having BIS - forwarding is one and you can POP on a Blackberry and there are 3rd party options (forward your work email to a service and have them route it to your BB).

yeah I've thought about, so I went to Best Buy to play with the BlackBerry, and to tell ya the truth I HATE BB OS. haha I've been with WM for along time now, and just can't see myself going over to BB.
