Hello, I have an old q with sprint with insurance on in. Has anyone recently made a claim for a lost or non-functional Q recently? I know that once they run out of the old Q they will replace with a Q9c. My buddy who works with sprint told me that I can call to make a claim but that only until then i can i find out what phone it will be replaced with. He also mentioned that i would have 3 months o decide whether or not to replace or i lose the abilty to swap once i make that call. Id like to know what experiences anyone here has had before i do anything. I've already tried the whole complaint angle to no avail. Thanks for ur help.
Never had a problem swaping them out. Told them what was wrong and the steps taken to try and fix. Last time I waked in they immediately started the paperwork.
