Ok, money is not an issue with cell phone companies..hands down, they rip people off every month. I'm not saying they need to hire more people to spit BS to customer, but a better team to handle additions to these phones. They need to listen to their customers, the ones who give them money every month, and add the things that are feasible to add to the Q. Once they do something like this, then they will become an amazing company. It's really not that hard either. I work for a software company and to see the amount of projects we go through just to please a customer is insane.
