OKAY.. so im just a tad confused. Is it necessary to have additional text messeges on your plan if you have PowerVision? I rec'd my Q today, and I was able to upgrade my Vision to PowerVision while only paying $10, but the rep said that I still need to keep the additional charge for my text messeges. That doesnt seeem right after reading some post around here. Any help is greatly appreciated Thanks!!!

I am under my family plan. We have been Sprint customers for 4 years now and now going to 6 years because of the awesome deal they gave us. This is what it is...Originally we got 2500 minutes, unlimited vision, picture package, and unlimited free text messaging for $105. Then I called and asked to speak to retention department. During the conversation I told them I was just shopping and looking into US Cellular b/c they are offering us the most minutes for the least amount of money. This was said later in our convo. But even before that she offered us 2000 minutes, 500 free text msgs, $250 dollar rebates + mail in rebates (if applies), and the $20 vision package for only $10/mth. Not only that she was going to subtract an additional 15% off everything we got. So it added to be around 89.99/month. I waited a couple of days...and called back and spoke to the retention department and told them 2000 minutes was way too many minutes we even used, can you lower the minutes plus give us all the same things you offered before. They then gave us 1400 minutes plus all those above discounts at a starting price rate of only 64.99. wheww a lot, but it was worth it
