These are directly from Sprint's Motorol Q support pages.
And here is the email I sent them:
Dear eCare,
I recently purchased the Motorola Q along with the Sprint data access
pack on a new 2 year customer agreement. I purchased this phone largely
based on an entry on your website located at:
(Websites located above)
This is a webpage specific to the Motorola Q. It states that to access
Sprint TV, I can select Channel Listing in my media player and then
select Sprint TV. This is unavailable to me and I have recently come to
find out that Sprint TV and picture mail is unavailable to us Q users.
This to me has been very confusing as I was basing my decision for a
phone based on the information gathered from your website. Also, on my
sprint bill, the description for the Sprint Power Vision Access Pack
that I am being billed for states specifically (quoted from your bill):
"Get unlimited Web and Data access, up to 10 Sprint Music radio
channels, Sprint TV channels including NFL Network, CNN, E! and Fox
Sports. You also get Picture Mail, On Demand, access to Sprint
Navigation, NFL Mobile & more."
I find that this is also misleading. I am paying the same $15 that
everyone else is to access these same services, however I am unable to
access them. I would appreciate your prompt attention to this matter.
Thank you.
They in turn came back offering to swith phones or $5 credit for 12 months. I chose the credit
