 |  Sprint swapped my Q for the Q9.....YEAH!!!! Well after having 5 (yes 5 of them) q's , sprint retentions finally is sending me a q9 for all the issues i have had. While i had to talk to a bunch of different retention persons, i finally got a hold of Jackson in the retention dept. Persistance does pay off i guess. He was extremely helpful and very pleasent to deal with, for once. Thank you Jackson in Sprint retentions. Ill have it overnight also. Bout time.  |

| ive had six phones since i started with sprint about 10 months ago.. and five of them being q's (!!!) and finally now they switched it for the new q9c.. thank god have the insurance with my plan for everytime they swapped it for a new one... and for my last phone they switched it couse of the black screen "bootloader" message that showed when i turn it on... so far i havent any problams with the new q9c or at least as of yet...  |
