i work for sprint...as far as i know the Q has no way of doing an OTA update...usually sprint won't take liability for any smart phone software at all...the technicians won't do anything to treo's or pocket pc's if it is software related
the only thing you can have done over the air is a prl (preferred roaming list) update...it basically just updates the way your phone handles switching off between towers. if you call sprint they can send the update to you...once they send it you have to hang up and call *2 back from the phone and it'll do the update automatically
