Default Phone doesn't ring when roaming

My friend has a Q and every time she visits me here in California her phone goes straight to voicemail. Any thoughts?

Her issue is probably not phone related, but carrier related. Sprint has free roaming, has she tried switching it to roam so that it can search for other carriers' towers? If she sets it to Automatic, it should search for the best option between Sprint's towers and other carriers' towers.

Start>Settings>Phone Settings>Network then select either Automatic or Roam only

The phone is actually quite friendly if you take the time to get to know it. The only thing I miss about my Treo is the SMS threader. Granted, the Q has some issues, but most phones do. If you are having constant problems with it and are within your 30 day period you can take it back and exchange for a new, hopefully non defective Q, or you can exchange for another phone and pay the price difference.

Default Moto Q Exchange Server Email

Wondering if anyone can help with access to my exchange server (I can access personal email and sprint email). I swear the domain, user and password are correct.

I get the Error message 80072F17

I have tried installing pfximprt and I dont seem to understand where to get the certificate password or whether my device is locked or not.

If there is anyone out there who can help with an easy fix please let me know.

Not the right place for this - but make sure you set it up per your service providers instructions. Your phone set up will differ from your PC's exchange set-up. Does your Exchange service support mobile?
