The big issue for me is that when I'm running a lot of apps and then I go into the system tools manager and select kill all, I gotta turn the phone off and back on again to connect to the internet. Any1 else have this issue?

Ive had my q for three days now. This stingy bastard turns itself off every so often. one minute working fine and then no q. just like some other posts i have to take the battery out to be able to power it on again. thank god i work @ the sprint store so i can return this piece to brightpoint and order another. wtf is the issue though? unless they only tested on handset either sprint or motorola had to have noticed that half of these things work halfassed.

I had a similar issue where it would connect to my POP mail, but then refuse later on. The message would indicate a problem with the mail server settings. I found a work around to kill tasks and then re-intiate send and receive. I thought it was data related, so was thinking a connection via IE would get it working, but it didn't help. I just came across this workaround this morning, so I'll report back either way. Never had this issue with my VZW Q.

I had this disconnect/dropped EVDO problem the first few days I had the Q. I think I just did an "Update Vision Profile" and never had the problem again. My connection has been dead on solid for over a month now.

I have had it freeze on me twice and both times were associated with taking a call while on another call. The first call screen was "frozen" after hanging up on the second call. Had to re-set. I took off DontForget and all seems to be running well. I fully believe that the less you have running in the background (all that runs constantly for me is Profile Switcher and Vito Copy/Paste) the better.

My wife and I both have the "no incoming calls while on EVDO" problem. We have to turn DDTM off in the DEBUG menu to fix it temporarily.

So far so good. I have not had any strange lockups. Been using about a week but over the weekend did quite a big of Slingboxing with zero problems.

My Q froze twice during a call today. I had to physically take the battery off to reboot the telephone. Anybody else experiencing this? Between this recent call-freeze problems, intermitent POP3 and internet service, this is getting very annoying.

Grrrrrrr!
