Default Sprint Moto Q > Geocaching Program?

(I'm dumping questions on here that I've wanted to ask for awhile, thanks for reading.)

Does anyone know if that Geocaching program for Sprint, works on the Moto Q?

Thanks.

VITO SmartNavigator, available on Handango, markets itself as the "ideal solution for geocaching" since you can add pushpins and create you own maps.

If you want a freebie app that you can add waypoints in and then find them (haha..geocaching) check out gpsVP.

There's a thread about it here also...

As long as you use an external gps unit this works great! You can have your waypoints on top of a WindowsLive or Google map if you like...

Cachemate now has a version that runs on a Q (I'm using it). It's a good program for paperless caching but you still need your GRP receiver since the Q does not have a built in GPS.

I tried this out today and do like how you can import .loc files directly from geocaching.com. And how you can sort your lists from found to not found and with lots of options. I almost got lost within all the options! With gpsVP I have to convert the .loc files to .wpt but thats no biggie.

I think I prefer gpsVP only because I like a background map or topographic map to get a better grasp on the surroundings! But I'll still give cachemate some time...
