Need Help Sprint making me change plans!

I called today to question some "Additional minutes" charged on my mom's phone. (She is on my family plan.) When we signed her up it was supposed to be an additional line on our fair and flexible plan. 550 minutes shared between three phones (we don't actually talk that much, maybe 75 minutes per month total). However I kept seeing these "Additional Minutes" under my mom's phone line on the bill. I thought maybe they were roaming charges. Turns out, they never put her under my fair and flexible plan because it was an old plan and they do not offer it anymore!!! Now they want me to choose a new plan for the three lines of service. Why do I have a feeling I am being screwed here?

Anyway...my main question is, since I have seen on here that not everyone pays the full $15 for the Power Vision Access Pack I am wondering what I can negotiate since I feel they owe me a little something after overcharging me the past few months. I was thinking of trying to get the Power Vision for $10 and the 300 text messages for $5 or maybe they could throw in free texting.
What have you been able to negotiate in your plans?

talk with customer retentions. They seem to be the only ones who can actualy negotiate anything.

the new $15 PV plan includes unlimited texting.

whatever you do...dont call. just sign into sprint.com and use the 'contact us' email feature. if you dont like their response..sign in and email again. of course tell them you are willing to extend your contract an additional 2 years

Update:
Well after two days of trying to email Sprint through their very unhelpful website (my messages never went through and the website was down half the time) I finally gave up and called last night. It turns out they had one of my three phones coded wrong so it was not billing with my shared minutes. They corrected this, credited the overcharged amount and did NOT make me switch plans. I am happy with this but it also means I did not get the free texting I was hoping for. :-(
