 |  Sprint gave me the wrong plan! I ordered the sero 500 minute plan on Tuesday and activated my phone Friday night when I got it. When I checked my account Saturday morning, they had me under the basic plan. I got an email receipt when I ordered. I'm tired of calling these guys and waiting on hold for an hour at a time!  |

 | I just *2 and voice "customer service" and usually call volume is low and Im in there in under 5 min. You must call at the worst times.. good luck

| ya, i usually call in the middle of the day and normal wait time is always under 5 minutes. Someone gave me a direct number to dial, i don't have it here cause i'm at work, but it asks for my 10 digit telephone number then after i put that in it says "thank you" and a person instantly picks up.....every time.... |
