Yeah, have done a master reset, the MOL4 update and even had Sprint do an update on their end that was supposed to fix the problems to no avail. My Q seems to be off more than on now. I have done quite a few Vision Updates the past few weeks. So I am now hoping my Q9c will not have the same problems. should get tomorrow, so we'll see.

im starting to wonder it is a bad batch of Q's. Seems like they have a shelf life of maybe 4-5 months. Maybe after a few more swap outs they will just give me a new 9c just to stay out of the store :-)

I have insurance but with the insurance will give you a new or refurbished Q for $50. For me it took a few phone calls and emails to get Sprint to realize that my phone was defective and it didn't live up to what they purported that it could do. So they are sending me a Q9c free of charge. The insurance will only replace your Q with another Q. Although I do seem to remember someone saying they got a Q9c through the insurance. Basically it seems to be hit or miss as to who you talk to or who gets your email.

I've heard that Sprint's DNS servers are on the fritz. That would definitely impact your ability to browse.

Hmmm, after hearing that, I think I will hold off on a master reset or trying to swap phones.

Actually, in the last couple of days, I have only had to do the Update Vision Profile procedure once, so maybe it is getting better??
