So what's up with Roaming on the Q? Is it free?

I just used the SERO plan with Sprint to get the Q. I was excited, but i'm going on a trip to rural Kentucky in august, and I don't know if this phone roams. Sprint seems to have a kinda funny roaming deal. I was with T-Mobile and it was free nationwide roaming. Sprint seems like it does this if you have Analog Roaming, which I read the Q does not have. However the Q is a dual-band phone.

Someone please help me out.

It depends on your plan. Im not sure about the "sero" plan but I know that 90% of sprints plans have nationwide roaming free UNLESS you by a local area specific plan. Here in WV though you only have sprint named towers (which are ntelos towers) around town and along the interstate. Everything else comes up roaming even if they are other ntelos towers. I guess sprint will only pay to have so many towers actually show as "sprint" on your screen. Just to be safe I would dial *2 on your sprint phone and ask a rep or goto your local sprint store and check your account, although it should say on your bill.
