so I have a defective phone - Motorola Q Forum

So I got a new phone the other day my Q was startng to do odd things and I took it in to have it looked at and they couldnt fix it so they ordered a new one for me. Well I was given the Q9c I love it except for the fact my wirless web doesnt work and cant get it to work. I have updated my vision profile reset the phone restarted the phone everything short of running it over. anyway to make a long story short I had to take it back to the store nothing they could do either so they ordered another Q9c should be here in a couple of days. Just odd a brand new phone would do that. I can send and recieve phone calls and texs no problem. just cant use my web browsers says error 67 Registration Failure and the remote party has ended this connection. any help would be appreciated.

when you activate the new phone, try to not use it for around 4 hours. that will give the data time to provision properly.
