isn't that funny....assholes....i had great luck with a circuit city mail in rebate....like 1.5 week turnaround...so it is possible. Unless they have some hole in the corner set of like 8 cubicles running phone rebates for the entire corporation....no wonder they suck at life and are losing customers
I send and receive so much mail, its like there is no damn way I lost it. And yes I did fill it out right. This damn activation period IMHO is about keeping the smartphone users with an expensive data plan for a long time enough to the point where I piss away the $100 worth of rebate money waiting for it....
Somehow my $100 rebate turned into a $250 rebate. Total cost of Q9c... $50 put back into my wallet. It has been approved, I'm just waiting on it to make it through the mail.

Typical of Sprint . . . many here at EQ have had similar experiences (and some even better) . . .
After being persistent and e-mailing them twice within 72 hours, it turned from invalid to approved and my check is on the way. But I had taken the time before I even bought the phone to make sure I 100% qualified. So when it said I was invalid I was sure hoping I didn't have to go the Better Business Bureau way. YAY for my $100 check in the mail!
They just declined my second phone *laughs* I am going to certainly have a few words to BBB about this as well as a Sprint Supervisor. This is just stupid.

I would suggest, if you legitly qualify for it, try e-mailing them from their site, i had to do it twice like I said.....but they approved mine, but I wasn't a dick in the e-mail either....fyi
did you e-mail em or anything? i just about flipped by lid when they said i was denied, I am weird, I read like everything before I get into something. Nowadays people are like ah don't worry about it you don't need to read it, it just says "this"...i am like whatever lady....
I got the rejected rebate card in the mail too. I called the number and they changed it around and are going to "expidite" my check so it takes less than a month to get here. I wish I was a lucky one and got the 300+ rebate, but I suppose I should be glad I am getting one at all. lol
