Default Sero Q Wait times

Hey all, i am interested in knowing how long we have had to wait for the q ito come in stock through sero, so i am setting up a poll for all to vote to see how long we have to wait.

that sucks, they told me next day shipping yet it says 2day at fedex website

I ordered mine on the 4th. Still waiting. I've contacted Inphonics on thursday to see what was going on. They said the phone is in stock and they'll activate it and send me an email when it ships. Well guess what, no email and I'm empty handed. I spoke to someone on the 12th, they said sorry the phone isn't in stock it'll can take up to 72 hours. I've spoken to other people who have been told the same thing. Obviously Inphonics reps are lying to customers.

I got another phone and exchanged it in store per the inphonics rep, so hopefully all is well there. I know i waited long enough too, i trust it'll be a while before you get anything.

Default I talked with inphonic today...

I ordered my Q on March 6th and got the wait 72 hours thingy. It has been almost a week and I contacted them today 3/13/2007 and asked about the status of the shipment of MotoQ's. Mister mujibar(your name was not frank with that accent, lol)said they should have them in within 3 days. I don't know if it was a runaround as they say wait 72 hours again or they will actually have them in. All I know is that if it is not hear within the week, I am cancelling my order and going to buy it in a sprint store. I get a corporate discount anyways so the price should be about the same.

I here ya. The rep doesn't know what hes talking about. He's just giving you another time frame to make you wait. It's funny how oh now it's 3 days instead of the same 72 hours. I spoke with a bunch of people with my guess is Indian names all of a sudden I got one named Peter, which I don't think was his real name. I think all of the customer service issues goes to a call center in India or something. If I don't get the phone by friday this week I'm going to give sprint a call directly and tell them what this lame company is doing to see if I can get a phone directly from them.
