Anyone buy from Sero Lately, my order says out of stock still, anyone know anything, or anyone that has gotten the Q in the past week from SERO

i ordered mine on the 19th and it still says out of stock and "should be processed within 72 hours." they gave me free next day shipping when i called to complain about the delay, but who knows when it will actually ship.

I order my Q through SERO on 2/19 and received it on 2/21. I must have been lucky. So far, I really like it except for battery life.

I have the treo 700wx, I like it, but the windows mobile is crappy compared to the PPC6700, and i dont want the 6700 so they changed me out for the Q, and its been about a week now. I just spoke to them and they said its still out of stock, so we'll see what happens.

Ordered mine from Sprint Retentions on Feb 20 and got it bright and early on Monday Feb 26.

They made no mention of stock problems.

is Retentions SERO?

SERO uses a different warehouse from Sprint, its inphonic, thats probably why you got yours yesterday

A little touchy? I was just making a comparison. Yes I know SERO comes from inphonic ~ which is different.

i didnt mean to sound rude, I mean't it as a question as in, is retentions part of sero or is it only sprint?

No problem.

SERO & Retentions are both Sprint. However SERO orders are being handled and shipped by inphonics so there may be a difference. Not sure if inphonics handles shipments from a Sprint warehouse. My phone came right from a Sprint warehouse in Kentucky.

Anyone get there phone from inphonics and where did it ship from?
