FYI, we're talking about SERO which is 2Day Air is standard(free) and next day air runs 15 dollars, also this is from the inphonic warehouse, which I dont think ties with Sprint

And I spoke to the SERO Customer Service, and they gave me next day air for free due to the delay.

Me too. I am starting to get really pissed. Don't beleive the free shipping, they told me they would do the same and send me a krzr overnight to hold me over until they get a Q but it did'nt show up. I checked Fed-ex and sure enough they sent it out 2 day shipping. They have constantly lied to me ever since I made the order last week. Not a great first impression of Sprint.

They shipped out my brother PPC 6700 Next day as they said they would, they've been good with me, no lies, everything they said has happened

First they upped the price $100, claiming it was a deposit(never had to pay one with any other carrier. Rep admitted it was because deal was too cheap.) Second they said saturday, no later.Third they said tues, no later. Fourth they lied about giving me free overnight shipping for inconvenience "phone will be there tomorrow". Not here yet, they sent it out 2 day shipping. I don't even want to talk to them anymore. They are full of it.

Same thing, there is no more regular vision, its all Power Vision, my bill says Unlimited vision on it

keep in mind this isn't sprint's fault, it's inphonics, which are completely different entities. inphonics is useless. i bet my order will ship 2nd day as well. if this wasn't such a ridiculous deal i would be pissed. well, more pissed.

I dont know yet, I was talking to them about a faulty phone, and they hung up on me. I don't like there customer service, but some of them are kind. I still remember the person who hung up on me, it was Benjamin. Douche bag.
