Ok well I'm sorry it is not working for you, but I am living proof that it works. After numerous attempts to send/receive pop mail from my Q "as-is" I attempted this method. It works like a charm and I haven't had any issues since. I cannot express though how important it is to make sure you are using your carrier assigned email address and a password that you created. The login username and password for your carrier's website WILL NOT WORK. After going through all the steps myself I was then able to send/receive emails from both pop3 accounts and university issued gmail account. I wish you all well in getting this feature to work properly.

I'm stuck on step seven. After I click "My Personal Information" I don't see a Passwords section. Did they change the page layout or is there another way to get the Power Vision Username?
