After going back in forth with CSR through email and over the phone, they agreed to replace my q9c with another q9c only. The problem is, they did not have any more q9c's and said to pick a comparable phone. I went out on a whim and picked the blackberry curve, and they agreed. So now I have the curve and I am loving it!

This was from the non-corp store.
What's more intersting is the "special order" 9c that it took them 3 days to get. They're out there somewhere. The mystery continues.

Thanks for the info. The Crp store wanted to give me an ace and tried to sell it as an upgrade!!! I balked and didn't take it. I'll try a Non Corp store and lett everybody know how that goes.

Well the Non sprint store pulls through!!! I just got my Q9C. It was refurbed but it wasn't used. It showed only one call which was the test call they made. I had gone to a corp sprint store and they didn't even want to help me. Once again they wanted to pawn off an ACE. I'll be letting sprint customer service know. Also all you good people don't go to the sprint store on 3432 Kennedy Blvd in Tampa. They SUCK!

I took my Q into a non sprint store. Told them it was resetting, which it really is. The offered my another Q, hoping for a Q 9c. Told them I would think about, didnt want another Q. Didnt realize they had them around still. The guy was cool, we know him, but he showed me the screen and it would not allow him to change it.??????

I wonder if I should wait for a while or call sprint 800 #????

I went to pull some files off an Ace the other night, trying to nick the black theme.
I really dislike that phone.
It was hard to navigate and I never did figure how the bluetooth worked.
The woman at the store helping me try to get the theme couldn't figure it out either. :ack:
