Q Keeps Freezing on Start Up - Motorola Q Forum

I have had the MotoQ for Sprint Since Christmas.
Then One Day It Just Gets Stuck Powering On, and I'm left with the Spring Logo and couldn't do anything. I took it to Sprint and all they did was do a hard reset.
The Phone was working fine (except I had to manually input all my contacts back).

That Was About 2 weeks ago. Now its doing the same thing.

Is this happening to anybody else? do i have a defective phone? Has anybody ever heard of everythingq downloads messing up the phone?

Please Can Someone Help?

P.S. I'm tire of inputing contacts in. is there a way to back up your contact & calendar info without using outlook? I'm Running A MAC

for contacts/calander copy the pim.vol file to a safe place

i would be willing to bet there is something you are loading onto the device, try not loading any progams and see what happens...
