Default Q IE error

I just got a replacement Q phone, I used sprite backup (which is fantastic!) but when I go to the IE to get to a web page I get the following error. "Your settings are not configured properly, please verify settings in data connections"
Can someone please help me with this, for the life of me I cant find where to verify these settings.
Thanks

Scott

First I would call Sprint and verify that this phone is activated for the net. You account my still have the old phone info, config's, etc.
Once the phone is set up then ask how long before the settings take effect. Sometimes it takes a few hours for changes to happen and get things set up.

can also turn vision off and then back on.

If it continues call Sprint have them remove the data package and add it back
