Q 9c for Sprint Not Charging correctly!!!

What's up world? Let me first start off and say that this phone is a def improvement from the first one! I, along with 4 other people that I work with are having problems with the new Q9c charging correctly! I just bought it 3 days ago and it charged the minute I cracked it out the box. Now when I go to plug it up it does not register that a charger is even in. The only way that I found that it will is by power cycle the phone then plugging it up. Does anyone else have this same problem and know if a software upgrade is available for it yet? I know some things can possible be affected right out the box but damn, all 4 people with the same issue?

you can get the mol update from the motorla website or maybe u habe a defective phone considert ain it back
