Phone is app locked?

Sorry im new to WM5 and the Q i came from a treo... well im trying to install tweaker and the first stage keeps failing.. im getting a messege telling me "Phone is app locked, Please unlock it and run the set up agian" How do i unlock my phone if that is possible?

what is a good program to edit the registry, i was hoping i could do it with tweaker, but if i need to do that hack i need a registery editor..

Trying to install resco registry add-in... i get on my phone Installation of Resco registry Add-in.CAB was unsuccessful.. The installation file in not intended for this device..

you are sure you downloaded the version for the Smartphone ?
and i run it besides Resco Explorer, you have that also ?

yes i downloaded right off the link you posted.. and yes i tried installing all the. it wont let me install any of the apps.. i get the same thing wasnt intended for this phone..

yea phm not resco im sorry didnt mean to say resco.. I installed it on my pc went to setup (on pc) that launched my active sync which then went to the add/remove programs.. . i have seletced all and each one on their own... i get the error no matter what... only thing i have installed on the phone that didnt come with it is Good...

i don't think i understand you fully, you need to;

- install on pc
- goto the folder on pc where it installed
- copy the mentioned cab file to the Q using Active Sync
- start File Manager in the Q
- browse to the cab file and execute it.
