did you try the bootloader mode, suture? thats what i had to do

from frieked...

- Power off the phone
- Set the phone on a table, Press and hold A and Enter with one hand (pinky and index finger)
- Plug the USB cable in.
- If everything was done is sequence, you should see phone boot up in Flash mode, if not then it will just power up in normal windows mode.

Start/Open Motorola Software update
*It will then ask you to install Motorola Flash Interface. Install it

If you get error code 10 or if it does not install properly..
Keep the phone hooked up with the USB cable.
Go into device manager, Right click on "motorola Flash Interface" with yellow ! mark on it and click Uninstall.

Unplug Q, Plug it back in..
Continue with the installation of motorola flash interface... You might get the Yellow ! mark again in device manager, (Dont worry!)
*uninstall it again from device manager
*Unplug Q
*Hook it up again. (Keep phone in flash mode)
*The Motorola Flash interface should now install properly.

*Then Open motorola software update tool
and Pick Sprint as your service provider and Q as the device.

Follow the instructions to start upgrade...

Has anyone else had any problems with this update? Ever since I installed it, I've been having various problems. First, I use Mobile Google Reader a lot. Quite often when I press the # key to mark a feed as read, IE ends and I'm thrown back to the Home screen. This never happened before I installed the update. Also, I've noticed sometimes when I hold the button to turn the screen off, it doesn't work. The screen will go black but will then come back on.

Is there anyway to go back to the original software?

Thanks.

Is it me or is the MOL3 upgrade page not working now? I was just getting enough nerve to upgrade and the page says it was moved or doesn't exist. Maybe this is a sign I shouldn't bother.

Which URL is not working for you? This one is working for me:
