To update go to the last page in your settings folder, there should be a line " A PCS Vision"
select that and an options list will pop up
select "C Update Vision Profile"

Thanks Bill... I finally called customer support and after about 15 minutes on hold and nearly an hour of trying different things including several "PSC Vision" update attempts, ended up doing a full reset. Now works as before.
If anyone else has a similar problem, be ready for a long wait to get to someone at Sprint.
