 |  Anyone done the update and restored from a Sprite backup? I know it's better to set everything up from scratch, but really don't want to. I assume any pre-update problems would be restored from the backup.

| UPdate did what?! I installed the update. Everything worked fine except for one stop where it asked me to disconnect the phone reboot it and reconnect it. After that everything went well. Took about 10 minutes. The only problem is, after I was done I went to check my e-mail, my accounts werent showing up. I proceeded to recreate my accounts so I would have them again. I tried to use the name for the account as I had before but it would not let me because I have that account name used before. Apparently my account are there, but they're not. Anyone know what's up with that? Or how to get them appear again? _cisco |

| I did the Moto Q software update today. Need to disconnect and re-connect twice. After going through everything, my Moto Q was stuck. Call Moto and they teach me to do master reset. ( 1.turn off 2.turn on Q, press and hold the sliver button ( center one) untill screen shows master reset option. 3. click master reset. |

| Did anybody have problems with their old email accounts. Mine went all away which im not worried about. When I tried to put the accounts back in, they account names were allready used up and hotmail is there but doesnt work. Its messed up. Just renamed them and its good to go except for hotmail. |

I was seeing my Hotmail account listed under Messaging, but it wasn't updating. I went to START / POCKET MSN / OPTIONS / GENERAL and I checked the "Display Pocket MSN on the Home Screen" Then, I was able to re-enter my hotmail account info by clicking the icon on the home screen. Now it seems to run normally. I hope this helps | |
