I just hope it gave my Q some better reception cuz' this last Q I got gets worse reeption than the first 2 sprint Q's I had(goin' on my 3rd sprint Q.) It says it updates the radio so I'm hopeing it'll fix my Q and bring it up to 2 bars like my other Q's.
Yea I still got nothing, Nothing at all. This really stinks. Hopefully someone will be able to help, i have been working on this for hours....

That sucks.

I got mine to get through finally after many of the same problems that Duke 4062 had mentioned.

I will report back tomorrow when I have charged it overnight and made a few calls and then tried to access the internet.

I just noticed something...when I go to dial a phone number from the home screen a list of numbers and their corresponding letters appears at the top of the screen...kinda handy.

Let me know if I'm an idiot and that was there the whole time.

I just want the pmsnserver issue resolved. That process drains my battery dry .

i never did it myself, i did it while at work, if you go to the retail stores they will do it for you, we have a computer where you just connect the phone and the computer does the rest alot easier and if it goes wrong the store is responsible

I'm halfway though the update now. It's been giving me problems as well. I've had to unplug and plug-in my USB, and I've had to restart the device as well.

Here's hoping it really does fix the "Unable to Place Call" error. That's been my only problem with the device in the two days I've had it (which, ok, is not very long, lol).

Default G-mail Gone

Took me a little over a half hour to update today and had to restart due to errors (actually had to remove battery) once. First thing I noticed was that my g-mail setups are gone.
