I guess the only option for us vista users is to visit the Sprint Store ... well, lets see how this go.

Good day everybody, Brand New Here. Well I need some help I have been problems to go to Motorola and Download the software (server maintenance). Now, I remember to downloaded by accident the Vrz version full version, but I can't find the Sprint full download (standalone) I need help.

Thanks for the Link but i am looking for the standalone version, is a bigger download than the linked. But thanks anyway.

Have some one experience the server down when doing this update?

The standalone version is for Verizon Q only ... it will not work on Sprint Q.

Thanks. But there is another way to at least download the update part, it doesn't even pop up in the menu when using the software. Only says servers been serviced or something similar.

A lot of people, such as myself, took the Vista dive because (1) it was free to a lot of users and (2) we love technology. I personally love Vista and just took my Q into the service center Master-Resetted to have them upgrade it for me. I can't justify staying with an antiquated OS for something as silly as upgrading a cellphone's firmware.
