need help q is freezeing up

i dont knw if the moto q can get virus but my q is freezeing a lot what should i do to fix this ????

what have you installed recently?
when does this happen?

dont know. it happens like offen i did a master boot or master restart and still happen it happen the most on the web

hmm .Sprint Q, I will guess it's when a bunch of txt start flowing in or are not deleted. Mine would lock and freeze if i didnt delete old ones in a timely manner or recieved a flood of 'em.
..or the Q's out of memory

i did a master reset that what it is called so every thing i install also messages went to the trash man and got tooking off

try updating your vision profile, Sprint web has sucked lately for many here. I normaly have to poer cycle 15+ times a day to have any kind of data services.

Are the lock ups and freezing just limited to web use?

yeah it always happen when on the web but every time on this phone im on the web now i think of it im on my mobile web now chatting with yall
