need help q is freezeing up

As mentioned a Master Reset will wipe the Q clean and thus remove any messed up apps,settings, or corrupted files

If you have insurance, a quick 30min phone call to tech support (*2 ) should result in them swapping for another device free of charge as this is a "functinal issue" with the Q.

mine does the same, and will be dealt with as described in previous post.

next time it happens clear out the temp internet files and history then turn phone off..wait a few seconds then back on. This seems to be the only band-aid fix I have found for mine

ok thanks also if this helps sometimes when it freezes up i can hit the home or end key which brings me bac to the home screen then i click back on the internet and it just sit there and shows the home screen frozen and i can click the home/end key and it will go back to a working home screen it is crazy

if it does this right after a master reset, swap the thing out plain and simple

i cant just that cause i got this off ebay some time back so i dont have no warranty

ohh.... you probably know where this is headed..
eventualy the phone may turn into a fancy paperweight, may start considering getting a refurb from Sprint..they should be dirt cheap now with the Q9c out. Only reason I suggest getting it from Sprint is so you can get the insurance. Ts a must have.

had a Q for 7 months now $49 for insurance total = 3 moto Q's thus far
